Refund policy

Effective October 22, 2026

Aerial Drone Academy is owned and operated by Drones Inbound LLC of Springdale, Arkansas. This policy covers courses bought on aerialdroneacademy.com.

Individual course purchases

If a course is not right for you, you can get a full refund when both of these are true:

• You ask within 14 days of the purchase date.
• You have completed less than half of the course, as shown by your course progress.

After 14 days, or once you have completed half or more of the course, the purchase is final.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@aerialdroneacademy.com or call 888-901-5150 from the email address you used at checkout, and tell us which course. We review your course progress and reply within two business days.

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. Access to the refunded course ends when the refund is issued.

PilotLedger subscriptions

Courses included with a PilotLedger subscription are not sold separately and are not refunded here. Subscription billing and cancellations are handled by PilotLedger under its own terms. Access to included courses ends when the subscription ends.
